Customer Service / General Office

JOB DESCRIPTION

Handle incoming calls and take phone orders in a courteous, professional manner

Provide administrative support

Perform routine filing and other typical office duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strong computer skills, working knowledge of the Mac environment

Strong organizational skills, capable of processing work quickly and accurately

Good analytical skills and attention to detail is a must

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Excellent phone, oral and written communication skills

Friendly & personable

QUALIFICATIONS:

College Degree Preferred

Customer service and general office experience a must

Upbeat, friendly personality and "can-do" attitude

Proactive work ethic and team-oriented mindset

PAY & HOURS

Pay level is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position.
