Shipping & Delivery

To keep our prices and shipping rates as low as possible, we often ship directly from our suppliers, which means the fastest delivery to your door.

Most orders received on a weekday and by 4:00pm local time (lower 48 only), ship the same day and generally, it takes 1-3 business days for delivery. For example, if you order on a Monday before 4:00pm, your order usually ships the same day, and should arrive within 3 business days and many times, much faster. Please note that this is not a guarantee, but simply what is typical.

If you request expedited shipping - 2nd Day or Next Day delivery, orders must be received by 10:30am local time and on a weekday for the order to ship the same day. If your order requires special attention or if you have a tight deadline, please call us at 800-758-1299. Expedited delivery is a guaranteed service.

* We do not accept international orders at this time. All shipping rates include shipping & handling charges. Please note that "2nd Day" and "Next Day" shipping refers to receipt of order and not necessarily the method of shipment.

Lower 48 States

We can ship to any address in the lower 48 including PO Boxes. All street addresses ship via UPS Ground, while all orders shipping to PO Boxes ship via UPS SurePost. Free Shipping at $69 applies to these orders. Expedited shipping - 2nd Day or Next Day is available.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or any U.S. territory ship via UPS SurePost and can take up to 15 days. Free Shipping at $300 applies to these orders. Expedited shipping - 2nd Day or Next Day is available. (Note: Some zip codes in more remote areas require an extra day for expedited delivery. Free shipping does not apply to screen printing or embroidery orders)

Military Addresses

All orders shipping to military addresses (APO's and FPO's) ship via UPS SurePost. Free Shipping at $300 applies to these orders. Expedited delivery is not available to these addresses. Free shipping does not apply to screen printing or embroidery orders.
