What’s the minimum order size?

There’s no minimum order on blank garments, you can buy one of any item in stock. For custom orders, the minimum is:

• Six when you’re printing 
• 12 for embroidery

Do you accept returns? 

You can return any unwashed and undecorated garments for any reason within 60 days of the order date by contacting us.

How long will it take to get my order? 

Blank garments are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery method you select when you order.

For custom printed or embroidered items, it takes 7–10 days from when we approve your proof. If you need an urgent order, call us on 800-758-1299 for expedited shipping.

Can I get a sample before I order?

Yes, you can get samples, but we don’t send them free. We’ll credit back the cost of shipping the samples (up to $7.95) against your order if you place it within 30 days and if it’s over $100. You can also return the samples under our free return policy.
