Customer Support Specialist

Location: USA - Remote

We are looking for talented individuals who know how to make customers happy and are dedicated to making that happen. (Think Zappos, but better!) If you are a people person and a problem solver with excellent phone and written skills, we want to talk to you.


Monitor and field incoming customer phone calls, emails and web chats, assist and take phone orders in a courteous, professional manner. Work closely with other internal departments to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction with each and every order and every customer contact.


  • Strong computer skills, working knowledge of the Mac environment
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of working quickly and accurately
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone, and written communication skills
  • Friendly & personable

  • Previous Customer Service experience a must
  • Upbeat, friendly personality and "can-do" attitude
  • Proactive work ethic and team-oriented mindset
  • College Degree Preferred

    Pay level is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position.
